This door strike is field selectable for fail safe or fail secure operation and can be used with just about any cylindrical door locking system. It features a reversible, non-handed design, allowing it to fit on either a right-handed or left-handed door. Its unique, shallow design makes it ideal for use with most metal doors. It's powered by a solenoid (not a buzzer coil), has a static strength of 1,500 lbs., and is built with a stainless-steel keeper for strength and durability.
