1) Apply to wet hair, shampoo and rinse.
2) After shampooing, apply to wet hair and massage from scalp to end. Leave on for 3-5 minutes and rinse. For intensive conditioning, leave on hair for 10-15 minutes and rinse. Proceed with styling.
