Screen Time Tokens – carent-Managed Screen Time Reward System

Screen Time Tokens – carent-Managed Screen Time Reward System

• Take Back Control of Screen Time — Create a simple, consistent system that helps parents and caregivers set clear expectations around phones, tablets, gaming, TV, and other screens.
• Make Screen Time Easy to Track — Each wooden token represents a set amount of screen time, giving adults a quick, visual way to see what has been earned and what is still available.
• Turn Daily Routines Into Clear Goals — Use Screen Time Tokens to connect everyday responsibilities and expectations with earned screen access in a way that is easy for families to understand and follow.
• Less Arguing, More Consistency — A clear screen-time system can help reduce repeated negotiations about screen time by making expectations visible, predictable, and easier to manage from day to day.
• Designed for Parent and Caregiver Control — Adults decide how tokens are earned, where they are kept, and when screen time is redeemed. The pieces can remain with the caregiver or be displayed on the included reward card and are not intended as toys or play objects.
