• SCHMALTZ: Why the name Schmaltz? We were inspired by the Yiddish word for rendered chicken fat when developing this particular resin gel; Not only does it look a lot like its culinary cousin it also adds a luminous impact when mixed with oils; Please don't get confUsed! We know it looks delicious, but you should never eat your art supplies or Use them in the kitchen!
