This Limited Lifetime Warranty is only made in connection with your SuperSprings product. SuperSprings neither assumes nor authorizes any vendor, retailer or other person or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this product or Limited Lifetime Warranty. Subject to the terms, exclusions and limitations herein, SuperSprings International, Inc. warrants to the initial purchaser only that its SuperSprings product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for as long as said purchaser owns the vehicle upon which the product was installed; excluding all commercial applications. All commercial applications are warrantied for a term of 3 years commencing upon the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty shall only apply to products purchased from a SuperSprings authorized seller that is subject to and follows SuperSprings’ quality controls, unless otherwise prohibited by law. SuperSprings reserves the rights to: (a) require the warranty claimant’s proof of purchase as a condition of this warranty, (b) make future revisions to its warranty without prior notice.
