West System 207-SA Special Clear Epoxy Hardener | Non-Blush Finish

Blush-free hardener for clear finishes – Made in the USA WEST SYSTEM207 Special Clear Hardener is designed for clear coating applications. When blended with 105 epoxy resin, it will not blush or turn cloudy, even in humid conditions.
Water-clear cure for wood and fiberglass – Developed for coating and fiberglass cloth applications where a clear, natural wood finish is desired. Mix with WEST SYSTEM 105 epoxy resin at a 3:1 resin-to-hardener ratio.
Smooth application with minimal sanding – Thin film applications roll out and tip off smoothly, producing an even surface that requires less sanding before applying finish coatings.
Strong structural bonding performance – Provides structural bonding properties comparable to other 105/20X hardener combinations and can be modified with WEST SYSTEM fillers, pigments, and additives for a wide range of marine epoxy and repair projects.
Predictable working and cure times – Pot life at 72°F (22°C) is 20–26 minutes. Cures to a solid state in 10–15 hours and reaches maximum strength in 4–7 days. Minimum recommended working temperature is 60°F (16°C).

SPECIAL COATING HARDENER is formulated for use with West System brand #105 resin in coating applications where extremely clear finish is desired, especially when working in humid and/or low temperature conditions. Provides adequate adhesion for bonding applications. Contains UV-stabilization additive but still requires long-term UV protection with quality marine paint or varnish. Provides 25-30 minutes of pot life at 70 degree F and will cure to a solid state in 9-12 hours. Further hardening occurs over 4-7 days. Must be dispensed with #303 special-ratio mini pumps to achieve the proper 3 parts #105 to 1 part #209 mixture. Or dispensed with either #306-3 or #309-3 high capacity pumps. Size: . 66 Pint.
