SPARGOS Welding Goggles, Auto Darkening Flip Up, DIN 8-12
- Auto-Darkening in 1/25000s: The lens switches from DIN 3 clear to a DIN 8-12 dark shade the instant your arc strikes, then clears again, protecting your eyes for MIG, TIG, arc and gas cutting.
- Solar Powered, No Batteries: Built-in solar cells keep the auto-darkening lens charged as you work, so you never stop mid-job to change a battery.
- Flip-Up Lens for Quick Checks: Flip the shade up between passes to inspect your weld without taking the goggles off, then flip down and strike again.
- Comfortable for Long Sessions: Lightweight PC and ABS frame with a soft rubber seal and air vents to reduce fogging and stay comfortable through longer jobs.
- Certified Eye Protection: Shields against sparks, spatter, UV and IR in both clear and dark states, with an adjustable DIN 8-12 shade and an ANSI Z87.1 compliant build.
Spargo Auto-darkening welding goggles are designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks, spatter and harmful radiation under normal welding conditions. Auto-darkening filter automatically changes from a light state to a dark state when an arc is struck,and it returns to the light state when welding stops.Â
Please note, these goggles are not suitable for laser welding & Oxyacetylene welding. They do not cover the whole face therefore, the user must arrange face protection in case of long continius welding.Â
