This SG kit is wired for that True Vintage Sound that the original Gibson SG's had. 50's wiring for the best tone. Hand wired with only the best vintage components available. Paper In Oil K40Y tone caps and cloth push back wiring just like Gibson used back in the good old days. Each harness is assembled after purchase so my lead time to build your kit before shipping is 5 to 8 business days. In stock means we have the parts to build your kit. If you have an imported guitar you may need to modify the potentiometer holes to 3/8 inch to accommodate the Bourns bushings. Switch & amp; jack holes may also need to be enlarged. Note: Kits that have been installed are not returnable. Every kit is tested before shipping and is guaranteed to be in working condition. If you find your kit non working after installation please contact us for assistance. Note: Some 2016 or later SG models may have a thicker body and require some carving out inside the cavity of the wood around the hole. This needs to be done so the Switch / Jack will set down in the hole so the threads will reach through the body. Note: 2016 or later SG may have a smaller component cavity causing a tight fit for the kit. If you have a newer model add a note or send me an email.
