• Advanced Dual Technology Detection: Sensor combines Passive Infrared (PIR) motion and acoustic detection technologies, providing superior occupancy detection in spaces with obstructions or where people are stationary for long periods of time.
• Low Voltage Operation: Operating at 12-24 VDC, this sensor requires connection to a power/relay pack (not included) to control lighting. This feature enables connection with other low voltage sensors in order to together provide adequate coverage of large or irregular shaped areas. SENSORWORX model SWX-900 or SWX-900-AX are the recommended power / relay packs.
• Wide View 120 Degree Detection: Provides excellent Passive Infrared (PIR) motion coverage from mounting heights between 8-12 ft. Best choice for detection of small and large motions in areas with no obstructions to occupant motion. Detection of small motion out to ~40 feet and large walking motion to ~70 feet. For larger areas, multiple units can be used together with one power/relay pack.
• Versatile Mounting Methods: This sensor's installation bracket enables five contractor-friendly mounting methods. An included chase nipple attachment with an integrated hole saw is perfect for fast and secure installation to drop ceiling tiles or junction boxes. Screw holes are also provided on the mounting bracket for direct attachment to ceilings, corners, or walls.
• Additional Features: Device allows user to easily modify its configuration settings like time delay. Settings are changed via a short push-button sequence that can be done safely in seconds via a push button under the cover.
