• ULTRA-FINE FINISHING: S-110 is the second smallest cast steel shot (~0.28mm/0.011"), delivering a smooth, even finish. Ideal for light abrasive blasting to remove thin layers of rust and deposits from small parts. Also suitable for light peening.
• DURABLE MATERIAL: Cast steel shot (standard hardness, 40–51 HRC, non-stainless) is a long-lasting carbon material that resists wear, ensuring consistency with multiple uses. The tiny spheres provide max coverage without aggressive removal.
• IDEAL FOR SANDBLASTING AND CABINETS: Great for machine shops and DIYers working with sandblasting and cabinet applications. Used for light removal and peening on small parts, springs, fasteners, and thin metal to improve fatigue resistance.
• ALTERNATIVE USES: Weighting, ballast, pourable mass, stabilizers, arts and crafts, and as a substitute for lead shot. For weighting and filler uses, enclose shot in sealed bags or containers to prevent oxidation.
