Rosette Iron Mold Set 3 Aluminum Bunuelos Achappam Molds with Wooden Handle

Rosette Iron Mold Set 3 Aluminum Bunuelos Achappam Molds with Wooden Handle

• THREE INTERCHANGEABLE CAST ALUMINUM MOLDS: This rosette iron mold set includes one metal threaded lifting handle with a heat resistant wooden grip and three interchangeable cast aluminum molds in star, flower, and round shapes. Each mold measures approximately 3 inches in outer diameter, creating small size fried rosette, bunuelos, and achappam cookies. This tool is designed for deep frying use only and is not intended for oven use. Batter, cooking pot, and oil are not included.
• SECURE THREAD CONNECTION FOR SAFE FRYING: Each mold screws onto the metal handle via a threaded joint for a secure connection during frying. Always tighten the thread connection fully before lowering the mold into hot oil. The high oil temperature environment may loosen threads during extended frying sessions, so check the connection periodically. The wooden handle stays cool and must be kept out of hot oil at all times to protect your hands from heat.
• PRE HEAT METHOD FOR CLEAN RELEASE: These aluminum molds do not have a factory non stick coating. To reduce batter sticking, fully pre heat the mold in hot oil before dipping into batter. Correct oil temperature and proper batter consistency will help the fried cookie release cleanly from the mold surface. Avoid scraping the mold with hard steel wire brushes, as this can scratch the aluminum surface and affect future release.
• SIMPLE USE AND HAND WASH CARE: This rosette iron makes one fried cookie at a time and is not intended for simultaneous multi piece batch output. Hand wash only, as dishwasher use is not recommended. Clean residue from mold grooves promptly after cooling, then store in a dry place after complete drying. Operation steps are shown in the listing images for easy reference.
• TRADITIONAL FESTIVE FRIED COOKIE MAKER: This mold set is perfect for making traditional homemade rosette, bunuelos, and achappam for Christmas, holiday gatherings, and family parties. The three shape options offer varied decorative fried cookie appearances for home kitchen DIY cooking enthusiasts. The compact size fits easily in a drawer for storage after use, making it a practical addition to any baking tool collection.
