• 【PRESS TO RUN, RELEASE TO STOP】In the factory-set normally open mode, the connected tool runs only while the pedal is held down. Lift your foot and power is cut. This is a momentary switch, not a latching ON/OFF switch or a variable-speed controller.
• 【KEEP BOTH HANDS ON THE WORK】Start and stop compatible meat grinders, sausage stuffers, scroll saws, sanders, drill presses and other bench equipment without reaching for the machine’s switch. Your hands stay on the workpiece, food tray or material being processed.
• 【3-PRONG PIGGYBACK CONNECTION】Plug the foot switch into a grounded outlet, then connect the tool to the receptacle on the back of the plug. Set the tool’s own switch to ON when required. The 5 ft (1.5 m) cord gives you room to position the pedal beside the machine.
• 【GUARDED ALUMINUM PEDAL】The raised aluminum cover helps reduce accidental presses and shields the pedal from contact at the top and sides. The textured foot surface is easy to locate without looking down, while the enclosed housing protects the internal switch mechanism.
• 【SPDT NO/NC WIRING】The foot switch comes wired for normally open operation and can be changed to normally closed for equipment that requires it. Disconnect power before opening the housing. Use only with equipment within the 15A rating; not for speed control or machine emergency-stop use.
