Convenient extra-long belt strap keeps hand in place to facilitate controlled, natural brush strokes and firm, flexible tampico fiber bristles promote smooth brushing. Light fibers are carefully compacted for optimal use and effectively exfoliate dry skin. Tampico fiber is obtained from the leaf ribs of a type of agave grown on the high plains of Mexico. It has a high degree of shape retention, and is used for scrubbing brushes, washing brushes, and wherever high heat resistance is required. The handle of the brush is made from oiled beechwood, a material known for its sturdy, wear-resistant properties and graceful aging process. A light oil finish helps preserve the wood and renders the handle's smooth appearance. For maintenance, clean with a mild soap and warm water solution. Towel blot to remove excess moisture and hang to dry with bristles facing down to prevent damage to wooden handle. Made in Germany.
