Ranbo Solid Brass 90 Degree Glass Shower Door Hinges, Short Back Plate

• 1、Glass Cutout Required Before Installation – Before installation, make sure the glass is cut according to the dimensional diagram in the manual. Special Note: For replacement projects, compare your existing cutout, screw hole spacing, hinge plate size, and pivot position before ordering.
• 2. 5mm Solid Brass with Short Back Plate Design – Made from 5mm thick solid brass with a precision-cast structure, this shower door hinge provides solid support, long-lasting durability, and stable performance for frameless glass shower doors. The compact short back plate measures approximately 3.54" L × 2" W (89 × 50 mm), helping reduce exposed metal and creating a cleaner, more modern look.
• 3. Fits 5/16"–1/2" Tempered Glass – Two hinges support shower doors up to 80 lbs / 36 kg and 28" / 711 mm wide. For larger doors, three hinges can support up to 120 lbs and 32" wide. Included rubber gaskets help adjust the fit and reduce direct metal-to-glass contact.
• 4、Brushed Nickel Finish – The brushed nickel surface offers a soft silver-gray tone with a fine linear texture, creating a clean and modern look for frameless shower doors, while polished finishes create a brighter, mirror-like appearance. Please choose the finish that best matches your existing shower door, faucet, and bathroom hardware.
• 5. Auto-Close Design – Smooth & Silent Operation Supports 90° dual swing opening with a ±15° self-centering return. The built-in silent bearing system minimizes friction and impact, allowing the door to close gently and quietly for enhanced comfort and privacy.
