- Beer Bread Mix – Rabbit Creek beer bread mixes are quick and easy to make, just add a 12 oz beer, mix and bake. Please note that you can substitute ginger ale or club soda for the beer. Each mix makes one loaf. Not recommend for use in a bread machine. Made in the USA

- Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all packages with one (12 oz.) can of beer (room temperature). Blend well. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan (9x5x4-inch). Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine over top of batter. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until bread begins to pull away from sides of pan. Yield one loaf.
