Troubleshooting Tips
• If the cartridge doesn't seem to fit: Remove the cartridge and reinstall it until you hear it click into place. You may have to give it an extra push until it engages. If it still doesn't fit, please contact us, because you may have the wrong size or cartridge number.
• If you get an error message installing the toner cartridge into the printer: Shut off your printer and check to make sure it is properly plugged in, with no loose cords or wires. Make sure the toner and drum proponents are properly installed, and power the printer back on. If the error message persists, email us with what type of error, what model printer you have, and what steps you have taken to resolve it. A member of our tech team will be happy to help.
• If an item arrives in poor condition: We test each and every item for quality before we ship it. We also pack each item with extra padding and affix Caution and Fragile stickers to each box. Despite the extreme care we take in packaging, sometimes cartridges are damaged during shipping. In this case, we are happy to immediately send a replacement free of charge.
