• COMPLETE 21-PIECE WORKFLOW — Move from aggressive stock removal to controlled shaping, grooving, sanding and fine detailing in one coordinated wood carving disc set. Four rasp profiles handle flat, curved, beveled and channel surfaces; a 12-tooth shaping disc, 22-tooth chainsaw disc, six 60-grit flap wheels and five rotary burrs cover each project stage.
• 45# CARBON STEEL BUILD — The gold wood-shaping discs use 45# carbon steel for a hard, wear-resistant cutting structure. In Qcontrol controlled wear testing under matched conditions, the 45# steel showed 2X the wear resistance of A3 steel, helping the rasp teeth maintain their working profile longer during repeated wood shaping and carving tasks.
• CHECK YOUR ANGLE GRINDER — Disc accessories are intended for compatible standard 4-inch and 4-1/2-inch angle grinders, provided the guard, flange, spindle hardware, disc diameter and bore all match. The 100 mm rasp discs use 22.2 mm bores; the 89–100 mm toothed and flap discs use 15.8 mm bores with the supplied 15.8-to-22 mm reducing rings where appropriate.
• SAND AND DETAIL PRECISELY — Six red 100 mm, 60-grit flap sanding wheels refine surfaces after carving, while five black rotary burr profiles reach narrow grooves, recesses, edges and contours. The burrs have 6 mm shanks and require a separate compatible rotary or die-grinder collet tool; they are not designed to mount directly on an angle grinder like the discs.
• WORK WITH CONTROL — Match each accessory to the task, inspect it before every use and follow the rotation direction marked for the 12-tooth and 22-tooth discs. Secure the wood, install the proper guard, verify the accessory speed rating against the tool, wear eye and face protection, hold the grinder with both hands and follow all tool and accessory instructions.
