Only a submitted warranty card within 30 days of purchase and/or proof of purchase (receipt) validate warranty. Specifically excluded is any damage caused by wear and tear. Protec will repair or replace (at our discretion) defective products. Protec disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damage. Materials and prices subject to change without notice. All returns must include a return authorization number, otherwise the return will be refused. Freight charges to and from protec are the responsibility of the original purchaser. Return authorization numbers can be obtained by submitting a request on our return authorization page.
