• FITS 13"–20" RIMS: Elastic center band stretches to fit most rims from 13" up to 20" for a universal fit.
• PAINT WITHOUT OVERSPRAY ON TIRES: Masks the tire and helps shield brake components when painting wheels (great for open-spoke rims too).
• USE ON OR OFF THE VEHICLE: Wrap around the tire when the wheel is on the car, or use off the car with the included cards. (Optional off-car method: slightly deflate the tire and tuck the elastic between rim and tire.)
