• MODULAR AIR FILTER AND REGULATOR IN ONE - The PneumaticPlus SAU420-N04G-MEP pairs a 10 micron particulate air filter with an adjustable air pressure regulator on a shared connecting bracket, so one assembly handles both filtration and pressure control on your 1/2" NPT air line. The modular design lets you add units to the same run later, such as a lubricator or an additional filter stage, growing it into a full air preparation station.
• CLEAN, REGULATED AIR FOR YOUR AIR TOOLS - Traps water, dirt, rust, and pipe scale before they reach air ratchets, impact wrenches, blow guns, and nailers. The regulator holds the outlet pressure you set, so tools keep consistent torque and speed as air demand rises. Rated for 175 SCFM at 90 PSIG on 1/2" NPT lines.
• METAL BOWL WITH SIGHT GLASS AND MANUAL DRAIN - Water and sludge separated from the air line collect in the bowl, and the sight glass lets you confirm the level without taking the bowl off. Bleed the collected water and debris from the manual drain at the base of the bowl, and drain before the level reaches the lower baffle. The metal bowl is the one to specify when supply pressure is over 150 PSI, or if harmful solvents are present in the air line.
• ADJUSTABLE 0-150 PSI REGULATOR WITH GAUGE - Pull the adjustment knob down and away from the body to unlock it, set your outlet pressure, then push it back up to lock the setting against accidental change. The included 0-160 PSI gauge indicates the set outlet pressure. The regulator provides a 0-150 PSI adjustable output from supply pressures up to 250 PSI.
• WALL-MOUNTABLE, MADE IN KOREA, 1-YEAR WARRANTY - The connecting bracket that joins the filter and regulator also mounts the unit to a wall or panel for a clean, stable installation. The 10 micron element is washable and reusable, with 2, 5, 20, and 40 micron grades available and replacement F400M-EL element kits sold separately.
