• Fitment- Dome Generation II and Generation II XL Pizza Ovens- Select from below. This door is designed to prevent the baking stone from getting cold when using the oven outdoors or in windy conditions and allows you to reach your desired temperature in minutes and save on gas use.
• Made in Canada by NU2U products- 100% 14 g stainless steel B2 brush finish. Film is removed and includes stainless steel hardare to secure the handle safely onto the door with no risk of falling off.
• Includes HOThe reduced door height will not obstruct oven gas emissions from main oven exhaust NOTE: This item has been designed to provide adequate ventilation to be used with gas on but regardless there is still no approval and/or recommendation from the Oven manufacturer for the use of our heat baffle door, N.B. use is always on your own your own risk. Please Note: incl. HOT DOOR Holder stand- to keep the hot door from burning any surfaces.
• Bolts together in seconds using supplied stainless steel hardware. Easy to assemble and dissamble as needed for transporting or storage.
