• Does the Arkitkek Kitchen come with supply lines?
o No, flexible supply lines are not included in the box. Depending on your installation additional supply lines may be required. A great place to start is to find out what size angle stop you will be connecting to in order to complete the installation. Great news, we include several supply nuts in the box to accommodate a variety of connection sizes.
• What is in the plastic bag labeled J on the Quick Installation Guide?
o These are additional ½” supply nuts. Depending on your installation these may or may not be used. No need to worry if you finish your install and still see these in the box.

• How many holes are necessary in my sink deck to install Arkitek Kitchen?
o Arkitek kitchen can be installed on a 1 or 3-hole 8” installation.

• Is a deck plate included in the box?
o Yes, an optional deck plate is included.

• I am interested in the single handle Arkitek Kitchen model that features the side-mounted handle. On your website, I only see these handles mounted on the right-hand side. Can the handle be mounted on the left hand side?

o The Arkitek kitchen is an ideal choice for any smaller kitchen space, including a bar sink, due to its overall height of 12 3/32”.

• The hose for my pullout faucet keeps getting caught by various obstructions in the below cabinet. What can be done to alleviate this issue?
o The Arkitek kitchen faucet has a counter weight attached to the hose under the deck. The purpose of the counter weight is to draw the hose back into the faucet as you return the sprayer to the faucet spout after each use. The weight also aids to keep the hose from kinking or twisting. The weight placement can be easily adjusted as needed by unhooking the weight clasp, moving the weight to the new desired placement on the hose, and reclosing the weight clasp. Check to see if the counter weight or the hose is coming into contact with any items under your sink and remove those items for the path of the hose or weight.
