- NEW Hinged Lid Design! Our PSV-5PL2 package combines a 4.75 gal. capacity polycarbonate pan with our new 5L2 acrylic hinged lid
- The lid has tough acrylic hinges that solve the problem of hot water dripping from the underside of the lid onto you or your counter top. The circulator cut-out is the same as our PSV-5L1 and accomidates many commercial circulators including Anova One, Anova Precision, Nokimu Classic, SansAire
- Threaded nylon knobs hold lid securely to pan. Lid opens a full 100 deg. for easy access to your rack and pouches
- Pan and lid are made of though, crystal clear polycarbonate that withstands temperatures to 210 F, is NSF and FDA listed and dishwasher safe
- Pan with lid dimensions: 18"L x 12"W x 10"H inches Max recommend water depth:: 8.5"
This package is "perfect" for medium-to-large scale sous vide applications and pairs well with our SVE expandable stainless steel rack (sold separately) The all-new 5L2 hinged lid makes those dripped-on wet counters (and clothes) a thing of the past. The 4.75 capacity pan is an inch deeper than our larger 6.5 gal. pan but with a smaller footprint that takes up less counter space. Lid cut-out is sized to fit most commercial circulators including Anova One, Anova Precision, Nokimu Classic, SansAire. We can also make custom cut-outs for any circulator you have including VacMaster, PolyScience, etc.
