- FORD PRE-1965 6 CYLINDER COMPATIBILITY: This electronic ignition conversion kit fits Ford 6 cylinder Holley-style distributors used prior to 1965 & installs directly in place of points
- HALL EFFECT MAGNETIC TRIGGER: Uses rotating cobalt magnets & a Hall Effect module for accurate triggering with no moving parts, eliminating point wear, point bounce & frequent ignition adjustments
- IMPROVED COIL OUTPUT & TIMING STABILITY: Provides more consistent coil saturation and stable ignition timing compared to mechanical points, reducing misfires and improving overall spark reliability
- SEALED DESIGN: Maintenance-free construction makes it suitable for automotive, marine, agricultural, & restoration applications. Compatible coils are 40501, 40511, and 40611
