- ELECTRONIC IGNITION CONVERSION KIT: Replaces mechanical ignition points w/ a solid-state electronic ignition module, improving reliability & timing accuracy while maintaining stock distributor appearance
- COMPATIBILITY: For Ford 4 cylinder Motorcraft points-type distributors; installs directly in place of points & operates as a stand-alone inductive ignition upgrade without external ignition control box
- HALL EFFECT MAGNETIC TRIGGER: Uses rotating cobalt magnets and a Hall Effect module for precise triggering with no moving parts, eliminating point wear, point bounce, and frequent ignition adjustments
- IMPROVED COIL OUTPUT & TIMING STABILITY: Provides more consistent coil saturation and stable ignition timing compared to mechanical points. Compatible coils are 40501, 40511, 40601, 40611
- SEALED DESIGN: Epoxy-molded ignition module resists dirt, oil, grease, and moisture; maintenance-free construction suited for automotive, tractor, agricultural, marine, and restoration applications

There is no black-box to clutter the engine compartment. For optimal performance, use the Ignitor with Flame-Thrower 40,000 volt coils.
