Shipping & Returns Warranty Info All products have a 1-year limited warranty period If the product package arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or place a claim with the carrier immediately. If the product is received defective, do not attempt to install and notify us within 3 days. Product warranty only applies to the following conditions: peeling, fading, and cracking (does not include damage caused by roadway salt and/or chemical melting agents and/or customer neglect, bubbling or pitting). ABS products should not be installed when weather is under 650 Fahrenheit to avoid product not adhering to vehicle properly. Clean surface area on vehicle where product is to be installed using denatured alcohol .This will allow the 3M-tape to strongly adhere to the vehicle. *Improper installation which can result in product not adhering to vehicle is excluded from warranty* Return Policy All return requests must be made within 15 days of the invoice date Contact our sales team to request an RMA. Products will not be accepted for return unless they have an RMA number in the return shipping label. No exceptions Once an RMA has been assigned, customer must ship product back to our warehouse within 7 business days. Products must be in resale condition. Products that have been installed and/or removed are non-returnable. Products will be inspected prior to credit approval. Once approved, credit will be given for product cost only, not the shipping fee. Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee
