Essential Treatment for Roundworms in Foals: The active ingredient, oxibendazole, treats roundworms, the most important parasitic worm to control*, in foals at 4 to 6 months of age and one-month post-weaning.
Broad-Spectrum Parasite Treatment: Anthelcide EQ Paste safely and effectively removes and controls various internal parasites, including large strongyles, large roundworms, pinworms, and threadworms.
Easy to Administer: Packaged in a convenient syringe with 12 weight mark increments and an adjustable dial for accurate dosing.
Treats Up to 1,200 Pounds: A single syringe treats up to 1,200 pounds of body weight, or 800 pounds if targeted against intestinal strongyles.
Commonly purchased with Zoetis’ Strongid Paste (pyrantel pamoate) which is an effective parasite control for all horses, including mares and is ideal for second deworming treatment of foals.

Anthelcide EQ Paste Horse Wormer contains Oxibendazole. Effective against large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworms and ascarids in horses. Anthelcide EQ is safe for pregnant mares, foals and breeding stock. Each tube worms up to a 1200 lb. horse (800 lb. if targeted against intestinal threadworms) and is calibrated at 100 lb. increments.
