Pelvic Sacral Blocks are used by trained professionals among a variety of disciplines (Chiropractors, Sports Conditioning Coaches, Sacro Occipital Technique Practitioners, etc) to provide relief for a variety of symptoms and conditions, to strengthen and stabilize the cervical and lumbar spinal bones and to preserve the proper alignment of your spine.

This is a force over time exercise. This means that it works over time by stretching ligaments and soft tissue to make corrections and postural improvements. It should be used only under the supervision of a trained professional.
