• Cold-pressed, unrefined rosehip seed oil from Rosa canina seeds: deep orange, naturally rich in linoleic acid and pro-vitamin A. One ingredient, certified organic, 1 fl oz (30 ml) glass dropper.
• Studied for stretch marks (moderate evidence) and for scars, dark spots and skin aging (early evidence). Press 2-3 drops into damp skin at night; the color absorbs and does not stain skin.
• A dry oil: absorbs in a minute or two with no greasy film, so it suits combination and oily skin as well as dry. Use it alone or as the last step under night cream.
• Vegan, cruelty-free, hexane-free, no fragrance. Rosehip oxidizes faster than most oils: keep it capped, out of light, in the fridge in summer, and use within 6 months of opening.
• For external use. Patch-test on the inner arm for 24 hours first. A faint earthy or fishy smell is normal for unrefined rosehip; a sharp rancid smell means it has turned.
