It is a mixture of black, green, and yerba mate tea, along with a pinch of herbs to bring it to life. It's a smooth house blend of flavors and it's perfect for beginning as well as expert kombucha brewers. This blend can be used as a stand-alone Kombucha, or as a base for adding your own preferred flavors. Like all of our tea blends, our House Blend was put together by Claudia, a professional kombucha brewer, who has easily brewed over 20,000 Gallons of Kombucha. This blend is crafted from certified organic teas and herbs. It contains naturally strong anti-oxidents and comes unsweetened. Blend maintains perfect yeast to bacteria ratio making it perfect for kombucha. All of our products at Farm & Culture are mixed, sealed, and packaged by hand, on site, and without any form of automation that might otherwise add impurities before being shipped direct from Orange County California.
