- This durable baking steel features heavy duty construction and is resistant to warping and has excellent thermal properties; Steel is 20x more conductive than traditional ceramic pizza stones and baking stones and has twice the heat capacity. This gives you the performance of a high-heat pizza oven in your home oven at half the temperature.
- Preseasoned with vegetable oil and cured at high temperatures; ready to use out of the box
- Dual sided use: use one side for all of your baking needs and the reverse side with moat for cooking oily or fatty foods; Moat prevents oils and fats from dripping into your over or the fire of a grill preventing flare ups
- 1/4-inch thickness absorbs and retains heat transferring it evenly for even baking; Dimensions: 14"L x 14"W x 0.25"H
