O'Creme Lattice Pie-Top Dough Cutter 11-1/2-Inch Diameter
- Cuts into disc of dough to be used as the top of a pie, so that, once cut with the lattice cutter, the dough has holes through which to see your pie's filling
- Cutter made of two separable pieces, one fitting inside the other
- Before using the cutter, you roll a sheet of dough to use as your pie's outer shell
- Place the rolled-out dough in your pie pan and fill it with fruit filling
- Then sprinkle flour into the lattice cutter, sharp side up
- Then lay your pie-top dough over the cutter and roll over it with a rolling pin
- Once the dough is embedded in the lattice cutter, you lift the dough out, the cut-out parts staying behind, so you have a disc of dough perforated to have a lattice design
- Then lay the lattice-designed dough over your pie before baking it
- Sturdy polystyrene cutter, its two parts together weighing 0.8 pounds net
- Overall diameter 11-7/8 inch
