OAKMOORE Grade 1 Mortise Lock Set Interior Door, F07 Storeroom Function, Sectional Trim, Satin Stainless Steel, ANSI/BHMA A156.13, UL 3-Hour Fire Rated, Type C Keyway, Silver

• GRADE 1 CERTIFIED, FIRE-RATED STRENGTH: ANSI/BHMA A156.13 Grade 1 certified and UL listed for a 3-Hour fire rating (ANSI/UL 10C). Engineered for storerooms, supply closets, and heavy-traffic commercial doors.
• F07 STOREROOM FUNCTION: Outside lever is always inoperative; latch retracts only by key from outside or by operating the inside lever. Auxiliary dead latch resists shimming, ideal for stockrooms and utility closets.
• SOLID 304 STAINLESS STEEL SECTIONAL TRIM: Solid-cast satin stainless steel lever and sectional rosette, 2-7/16" diameter. Resists corrosion, scratching, and daily wear far beyond standard residential locksets.
• WIDELY COMPATIBLE, EASY RETROFIT: 3-5/8" cylinder-to-spindle spacing and 2-3/4" backset match most commercial mortise lock cases, dropping into existing door prep with minimal modification. Fits doors 1-3/4" up to 2-3/8" thick.
• BUILT TO LAST, BACKED BY OAKMOORE: Reinforced 2-piece spindles resist forced-handle damage; 6-pin Schlage C keyway cylinder included with 3 keys. Backed by Oakmoore's long-life dedicated US-based support.
