OAKMOORE Grade 1 Commercial Mortise Lock Set, F13 Dormitory/Exit Function, Escutcheon Panel Trim, Satin Stainless Steel, ANSI/BHMA A156.13, UL 3-Hour Fire Rated, Type C Keyway, Silver

• GRADE 1 CERTIFIED, FIRE-RATED STRENGTH: ANSI/BHMA A156.13 Grade 1 certified and UL listed for a 3-Hour fire rating (ANSI/UL 10C No. R40842). Engineered for dormitories, apartments, and heavy-traffic commercial doors that cannot afford to fail.
• F13 DORMITORY/EXIT FUNCTION: Deadbolt projects by key outside or turn inside; latchbolt operates by lever from either side. The inside lever always retracts both bolts and unlocks the outside lever, giving residents immediate, code-compliant egress.
• SOLID 304 STAINLESS STEEL ESCUTCHEON: Solid-cast satin stainless steel escutcheon panel, 1-15/16" x 8", with matching lever handle. Resists corrosion, scratching, and daily wear far beyond standard residential locksets.
• WIDELY COMPATIBLE, EASY RETROFIT: 3-5/8" cylinder-to-spindle spacing and 2-3/4" backset match most commercial mortise lock cases, dropping into existing door prep with minimal modification. Fits doors 1-3/4" up to 2-3/8" thick.
• BUILT TO LAST, BACKED BY OAKMOORE: Reinforced 2-piece spindles resist mortise damage from forced entry; 6-pin Schlage C keyway cylinder included with 3 keys. Backed by Oakmoore's long-life warranty and dedicated US-based support.
