Lobster mushrooms have an orangish, reddish color similar to that of a lobster. They are a meaty mushroom that works well in stews or soups. They can also be sliced thin and sauteed with meat or vegetables. Our dried mushrooms have great color and come in nice large chunks. We hand select our mushrooms choosing only the highest quality mushrooms. These wild lobster mushrooms are handpicked each fall here in the Pacific Northwest by our determined pickers who forage these in their secret patches in the mountains.This mushrooms is sure to add flavor, color and texture to many dishes!
