- Dairy-free - use with HOMEMADE nut milks or commercial soy milk (store nutmilks other than soy lack the necessary protein for yogurt).
- Contains: Lactobacillus spp. S. thermophilus, B. bifidum, rice maltodextrin
Non-dairy yogurt starter culture grown on dairy-free medium and designed for use with non-dairy, dairy-free alternative milks. Use with homemade nutmilks or commercial soy milk.
