Lilikoi, also known as Passion Fruit, has a distinct and unmistakable flavor that is very tart and fruity in its natural form. But, this jam has been lightly sweetened with Splenda to make it just a little bit sweet. No sugar has been added to this delightful lilikoi passion fruit jam. This jam is full of lilikoi that has been freshly plucked from the vine on our Mountain View farm. After we pluck the Passion Fruit from the vine, we painstakingly remove the pulp from the fruits tiny seeds. The end result is a beautiful and refreshing jam that contains no additives - only beautiful yellow lilikoi untainted by artificial ingredients.
