Nicky Bigs Novelties Jester Collar, Red Velveteen for Halloween

• Elf collar drapes over your shoulders to top off a jester or holiday helper costume, a red velveteen ruff with six pointed tips, each one finished with a soft white pom
• Size & Fit: One size fits most adults, closing at the back with a hook-and-loop fastening that adjusts to your neck so the six pointed collar sits flat and even across your shoulders
• Perfect for Halloween, Christmas pantomimes and costume parties, this jester collar helps performers and partygoers finish a court fool or festive elf look in seconds
• Ideal for indoor theater stages and holiday parties and outdoor bar crawls and parades, it pairs neatly with a jester hat, a tunic or a coordinating clown or elf outfit
• Jester collars suit any performer or reveler who wants a bold, playful accent at the neckline, adding a splash of color and whimsy that pulls the whole costume together
