✔ Instructions For Use:

â‘  Locate the pressure point on your arm.

â‘¡ With your opposite hand, place 3 fingers below the crease of your wrist.

â‘¢ Place the round white pressure piece on acupressure band, right below them and center it in between the two large tendons on wrist.

This is the proper place to wear the acupressure bands. Fit should be tight to stimulate the pressure point. If and when nausea persists, hold down on white pressure circle for a minute or two to relieve nausea.
