• REPLACES - Replaces Toyota 89620-35140, 89620-35200, 8962035140, 8962035200. Crosses Denso 131100-3752, Airtex/Wells 6H1298, ACDelco 88921533. NEWHOW is an independent aftermarket brand, not genuine Toyota or Denso. Match old part number.
• BUILD - 12V, 4-pin female harness connector, 2-bolt metal heatsink tab, epoxy-sealed shell, approximately 3.1 x 2.3 x 1.2 in. Switches coil primary from the distributor signal and passes tach through. Internal switching specs not published - verify.
• FUNCTION - Restores spark switching on 22R engines. Resolves no-spark when hot, sudden stall, no tach signal, and crank with zero spark from a failed igniter. Check coil, distributor pickup, cap and rotor before replacing.
• INSTALL - Disconnect battery, unplug 4-pin, remove 2 bolts, lift old igniter, seat new unit on the bracket, torque bolts to manufacturer spec, reconnect. Apply heatsink paste if your original used it. No programming required.
