This book is intended for anyone who has Addison's Disease, whether it has been recently diagnosed or whether you have had it for years. It is also intended for the loved ones of Addisonians (people suffering from Addison's Disease) to help them understand the condition and some of the challenges we face.
In this book I will answer the question "What is Addison's Disease?" and discuss other possible associated conditions. I explain how I was diagnosed and the treatment that is required, before looking at what the doctors don't tell you about how the condition affects life in general especially with regard to daily symptoms, exercise, fitness and dietary requirements.
