The 6-pin end must connect to a peripheral 6-pin port on your PSU, NOT a PCIe 6-pin or CPU 8-pin port. BTC Mining Load Limit: Connect no more than 2 riser cards per cable. Connecting 3 risers to a single cable can cause overheating and cable damage. This cable is directional – the 6-pin end goes to the PSU; the 3x 4-pin Molex ends go to your devices. 18AWG wire can handle approximately 10A at 12V (about 120W) per string – do not exceed this limit.
