Miyuki 8/0 seed beads, also called round rocailles, are small seed beads. They are slightly bigger than the 11/0's, only 3mm in outer diameter with a 1mm hole diameter. Size 8/0 seed beads can be used for beadweaving stitches like flat spiral, right angle weave or Kumihimo weaving. There are 40 beads per gram so a 24 gram tube holds approximately 880 beads. The tube is 5 Inches long and 9/16 Inches wide. The individual beads measure: Length 3mm, Width 2 mm, These Duracoat beads have a coating which protects the galvanized finish, similar to PermaFinish for Toho Beads.
