Turbo Guiro with Scraper, Three Sound Zones — NOT MADE IN CHINA — Great for Latin American Music, 2-YEAR WARRANTY

• LARGE AND LOUD: this synthetic guiro picks up where wood guiros leave off in volume; it projects easily through mixes and across distance in any live setting
• WHY IT MATTERS: this instrument is used a lot in Latin American dance music and street festivals where sound needs to carry without mics; you'll be heard easily so your parts aren't lost
• OF NOTE: there are three zones you can drag the scraper along to make different sounds; the main zone has a traditional sound, the looser packed ridges have a low resonant tone, and the super tight ridges have a quieter, high-pitched sound
• DRIVING ITS POPULARITY: made with a large, all-weather synthetic body that requires no maintenance and is ultra-durable; take on long tours or play outside without worrying about damage
• ZOOM IN: two rubber lined grip holes on back make it easy to hold and maintain resonance while playing; use them with your fingers like a bowling ball grip
• BY THE NUMBERS: measures 15" long x 5" wide and includes a 9" long synthetic scraper
• THE BOTTOM LINE: it fits with traditional Latin American styles, and you can play it with modern pop music too; its three striking zones open up more sounds, and it's high strength for road and outdoor use
• THE BIG PICTURE: Meinl is a family-owned musical instrument manufacturer and brand established 1951 in Germany; our expert German designers have deep relationships with our builders to ensure you're delivered the absolute finest quality
