Meinl Percussion Snarecraft Cajon Box Drum with Internal Snares and Bass Tone for Acoustic Music — Made in Europe — Play with Your Hands, Baltic Birch, 2-Year Warranty (SC80BW)

• DREAM FOR DRUMMERS: it takes no time to set up, and you get the same kick and snare sounds as a drum set at a fraction of the volume; play with your hands toward the center to get the deepest tone and near the top corners for crisp snare effects
• WHY IT MATTERS: a lot of musical settings don't allow for the space or volume level of full drums; with the Meinl Snarecraft Cajon, you can engage fully during acoustic shows with your band, jam sessions, or with your praise band without taking over
• BE SMART: we craft this cajon in Europe from 100% Baltic birch wood, which also used in high-end drum sets for players serious about sound; this cajon is highlighted by a stunning burl wood finish
• HAS SNARES: inside the cajon are two sets of fixed steel snare wires that give you a crisp tone for more range of sound; they're fixed into position for the best response
• LOOKING UNDERNEATH: four silicone feet keep the cajon stable on any surface (wood, laminate, carpet, brick, concrete); these feet protect the cajon while eliminating vibrations to preserve its crystal-clear sound
• BY THE NUMBERS: this Meinl Snarecraft Cajon measures 11 3/4" W x 18" H x 11 3/4" D and weighs 8 lbs; its full size has enough volume for any room, and it's made to last with a solid frame that supports adults
• THE TAKEAWAY: this is a solid, European made full-size cajon that has punchy bass and crisp snare; play anywhere from acoustic shows to outdoor jams to a dorm room; great for all skill levels
• THE BIG PICTURE: Meinl is a family-owned musical instrument manufacturer and brand established 1951 in Germany; our expert German designers have deep relationships with our builders to ensure you're delivered the absolute finest quality
