The Pink Tutu Bowtique tutus are handmade just for you after your order is placed. Because I hand make every tutu, no 2 will be exactly alike. We use only premium "Made in America" nylon tulle. I hand knot 3 double layers of tulle onto a soft & stretchy crochet band for all my baby tutus, which makes them exceptionally full and fluffy. The bow, Satin or Grosgrain, is heat sealed to prevent fraying.
