• EASY RICE: Prepare rice according to package directions. On a stovetop, boil 1 2/3 cups water and 1 tbsp. olive oil. Simmer with 1 bag of rice mix for 20 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve. Or, microwave the above ingredients on HIGH for 3 minutes, at 50% power for 17 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
