• FOOD-GRADE, MADE TO BE EATEN: Pearlescent pigments milled for food use, so it goes in cocktails, on cakes and on chocolate you actually serve - tasteless, vegan, kosher and halal, with no grit.
• A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY: At the 0.1 g serving on the label, one 10g jar treats about 100 drinks. A pinch is genuinely enough, so the jar lasts far longer than its size suggests.
• GOOD FOR HALLOWEEN AND AFTER: Iridescent is the potion shade: it shifts colour as the glass moves, which is exactly what a witch's brew or a mermaid-Halloween punch is supposed to do.
• FOR DRINKS, GIVE IT A STIR: The shimmer suspends through cocktails, punch and soda. Stir between pours to bring it back - it performs best in carbonated drinks, where the bubbles keep it moving.
