• FOOD-GRADE, MADE TO BE EATEN: Pearlescent pigments milled for food use, so it goes in cocktails, on cakes and on chocolate you actually serve - tasteless, vegan, kosher and halal, with no grit.
• A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY: At the 0.1 g serving on the label, one 15g jar treats about 150 drinks. A pinch is genuinely enough, so the jar lasts far longer than its size suggests.
• BUILT FOR HALLOWEEN: Green is the monster shade: slime cupcakes, swamp punch, witch's-brew coolers and anything that should look a little bit alive.
• FOR DRINKS, GIVE IT A STIR: The shimmer suspends through cocktails, punch and soda. Stir between pours to bring it back - it performs best in carbonated drinks, where the bubbles keep it moving.
