• Wide Speed Range: The wire feed motor offers a feed speed range of 2-18m/min, suitable for various welding scenarios from fine thin plate welding to high current thick plate operations, providing precise wire feed control whether for MIG/MAG gas shielded welding or simple argon arc welding.
• Precise Adaptation: The knob with clear scale allows for intuitive and precise adjustment of clamping force. It provide exclusive recommended clamping force ranges (steel: 2.5-3.5, aluminum: 1-2.5, powder: 2-2.5) based on the characteristics of steel, aluminum, and powder welding wires, ensuring stable wire feeding and avoiding damage to soft welding wires.
• Wire Feeder Drive Roller: Compatible with wire feed roller with size of OD30 x ID22 x H10mm, suitable for solid welding wire or flux cored welding wire, can be replaced with roller for aluminum wire (U), steel wire (V), and flux cored welding wire (K).
• 2 Steel Wire Rollers: The kit includes two wire feed rollers suitable for steel wires with a diameter of 0.8-1.0 mm. Each wire roller is marked with a V shape to indicate its groove shape. The steel wire feed roller has two V shaped guide grooves.
